Accommodate is DRC’s all-in-one Case Management Software that launched Winter Quarter 2022. Within Accommodate, students are able to affiliate with the DRC, schedule appointments, manage their accommodations, and request and receive their Accommodation Letters (example of Academic Access (AA) Letter).
Students with Note Taking Accommodations, Equipment Loans, Alternative Format Accommodations, and Interpreting Accommodations are able to request, manage, and view services all within the student portal.
Within the Faculty Module, Faculty, Instructors, and TAs are able to review and hold Accommodation Letters, manage accommodations, and review and acknowledge testing center bookings for each course.
