DRC Electronic Advising Update December 2006

Campus Closure

The 2006-2007 Campus Closure will occur Saturday, December 23, 2006 through Monday, January 1, 2007.  In all, the campus will be closed for ten days. Instruction begins Winter quarter on Thursday January 4th, 2007. All campus offices will reopen Tuesday, January 2, 2007.

DRC Office Closure

Our office will be closed the from 12-4 on the afternoon of Wednesday, December 13th due to our staff retreat. We will reopen on Thursday, December 14th at 9 a.m. The DRC will be open from 9-12 and 1-4 Monday through Friday through December 22nd.

Request Services Online

Most of you have already completed the DRC Information Sheet for the year. If you have, you may submit your Service Request Form online for Winter quarter. Go to our web site http://www2.ucsc.edu and click on Current DRC Students. Then click on Request Services. Click on Service Request Form (SRF) and you are good to go! Remember that you need to go to your classes at least once and understand the syllabus before submitting an online SRF.  Once you have submitted your SRF you may pick up your packet at the DRC after two business days. Please note that you may also choose to stop by our office and submit a Service Request Form in person or meet with your coordinator.
